[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2nd S28 I have owned. The first one fell from a height of 4 feet and broke the motor off the case. My fault. I ordered another one immediately. I depend on this drill, and all of my Evo tools in my fabrication business. Every tool they make is better than advertised. You won't go wrong with EVO tools!

With the Mag drill i stacked 4 sheets and drilled through them all at once in 5 minutes. A luxury purchase for a hobbies, but i have better things to do with my time!

Great Tool for Drilling Large Holes

I dreaded drilling large holes (> 1/2 inch) previously but with this magnetic drill it is so easy! I should have purchased this drill years ago and am very happy with its performance as I have just finished drilling several 7/8-inch holes in a 3/8-inch steel plate. It would have taken 10 times as long using conventional drill bits. I choose Evolution because I have been using their metal chop saw for a number of years and have been very pleased with it.
