Picture is great. Stars taken off for sound. I tried to play with the sound settings and everything. I even contacted Samsung for help and he told me that most TVs now are made thinking people are automatically going to buy a sound bar. For people like me who don't have a lot of money and saved for a nice tv, that's the last thing I wanted to hear. I still haven't bought a sound bar so I just continuously turn the volume up and down because loud sounds are extremely loud and then when it's turned down you can't hear the dialog. I use my Bluetooth earbuds a lot and it sounds decent with those in.
