When you are short on time...
I use this product whenever I have a craving for red beans and rice but don't want to soak beans overnight. I would just simmer some smoked turkey wings and tails in chicken broth for two hours and use the broth to simmer the beans and rice. Add chopped onions and bell peppers and you have a meal! The onle problem I have with this product is there's not enough beans!
