I chose this one because (1) needed minimum 15" drop for my tall vintage bed frame (2) not synthetic (plastic) microfiber (3) color to match new bedspread Yes, it's really 100% cotton No, it doesn't have the stated 15" drop (actually just less than 14.5") Yes, color is true to photo It arrived promptly, neatly packaged. Cotton fabric folded into small flat package = creases = must be ironed, especially the pleats but truly beautiful after ironing. If 14.5" length works for you, this is an exceptional value. If the drop had not been misstated I would have rated 5 stars. Sadly I'll refold it back into the package return it, and look for another, longer one.
