I suppose it will serve its purpose, but it showed up ripped open inside of the package and that allowed the inside of the sticky material to melt onto the inside pads and making it difficult to peel off without ripping the inside material of the backing so that I can stick it to the bottom of my ottoman. The real test will be if it actually holds up and stays on. Maybe put it in a small box next time.
