ordered and waites a little longer than i usually like for products to arrive by mail, but it arrived exactly when it was originally promised...detailed tracking the entire rout was available. arrived in my mailbox, and got notification exactly what time it was left at my house. packaging was good, return address was from the warehouse it was shipped from...had all the oarts it was supposed to, phone, phone battery, and phne charger cord ...all work better than i expected....put my sim card in the phone, and made calls to my mother and daughter...they said thwy could hear me perfectly, my mother said she could hear me very well. the instructions warn that the phone wont update, but it does work, and text, bit the screen is so tiny u have to use a number pad to text....lol...its way better than id hoped...pretty neat!!!
