A beautiful addition for any deck or yard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sunnydaze Hand-Hammered Hanging Copper Bird Bath or Feeder is a beautiful addition to my outdoor decor. Definitely seasonal, living in a cold winter climate it is not made for the winter weather. This although looks great sparkling in the sun with a snowy background, using it as a bird bath isn't possible. On a nice calm sunny winter day it can be used to feed the birds but draw back is the squirrels have complete access. I am looking forward to spring and using it for a bath so that we can enjoy the multitude of bird species that I'm sure will visit.

Needs to be in the shade, because the copper will get hot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of this Copper Bird Bath, that's what we will be using it for is a bird bath. Initially receiving the piece, the chains were messed up so that it wouldn't hang properly so I had to bend the metal a bit to fix the hanging chains which ended up being really easy. Had I needed to return it just because the chains were placed wrong, I probably would have given 3 stars but that's the reasoning for the 4/5 stars. The look of it is absolutely stunning, very simple and sturdy. Once I add some flowers to the flower bed it'll look super nice in the front yard. I am going to attempt to keep it in the front but I am iffy on how the heat will impact it. It states that the copper will get really hot and to keep it in the shade at all times. Of course, birds don't want hot water anyways so we may have to resort to putting it in the backyard where there is more shade and that would be a bummer but I believe most bird baths would get warm in the summer sun so I wouldn't say that's a con for me. Overall, I really like how it looks and cannot wait to use it! Seems like it will be a great addition to our bird feeding area!
