Sunlite Northroad Touring Handlebar Clamp 25.4mm 21in Chrome Steel Rd Touring

This item is a very good product. It is made out of stainless steel and is both strong, well made, and well designed. It makes my Sondors fat tire e-bike really shine and easier to ride. My lack of a full five stars of this product stems from a lack of descriptive details as to what it's composed of, and lack of three-dimensional photos as part of its description. Apparently there must be some lead in its composition as per its label warning of such. I'm wondering if this is a Chinese manufacturing flaw (this item is made in China) or from the normal process of making steel. An interesting question. Yes, many metal products from China seem to have such warnings about lead content. But this doesn't lessen my concern over safety. It would be nice to have such warning included as part of this item's on-line description so consumers could be aware of it. I ended up spray painting my bike handles to put a barrier between the supposed lead and a rider's hands. Otherwise a great product.
