Sunforce 35' Solar LED String Lights with Remote Control

Like the solar lights Like the remote control whether it can be on off or automatic I did receive one panel that was cracked when I ordered them. I don't know what to do about that. The string of lights are fine, but the solar panel is cracked, but it does have the glasses cracked. I don't know what to do about it to fix it put glue on it or if you can send me a new one. You can use one remote control. It does turn on set of lights on string lights. If you put it in a certain direction, you can turn them both on at the same time. Otherwise the remote doesn't know which one you have to play a little game and figure out where you can aim it to get both both string lights on at the same time .

We purchased these lights and they work great, automatically come on at duck and turn off after 5 hours, but the remote does not work. It did not have the pull tab that normally comes with new unopened products, so we may have received a previously opened box. We tried contacting customer service 3 ways: 1-in the Walmart order page, 2-Leaving a voice message and 3-emailing a detailed message. We never heard back from customer service, so ordered a second box to get the remote. We will be sending one box back.
