I love using this for my baked goods such as chocolate chip cookies. Unlike peanut butter and other nut butter this is almost undetectable. It's easy to blend into a nut butter without having to roast it and the tastes i somewhat mild but buttery with a subtle sweetness to it. Sunfood packages their products very well and you won't see the quality compromised. It's kind of pricey but very worth I think. It's hard to find organic raw macadamia nuts in stores.
