Replaced an old heated matress pad....Wow! What a difference! Super plush, so don't feel the wire on my back, preheat option is fabulous! Heats at a high temp for a short time, then automatically sets to the last setting. Out of ten levels, have only made it up to level 3 (compable to my old pad's highest level!) Only negative is the plug at the foot of the bed is a little to high up...hoping I can adjust that when I change my bed sheets.

Amazing life changing product!

I have just replaced my old one with the exact make and model, the wires got extremely pinched in between some boards and noticed that it wasn't working properly due to that fact! I owned the first one over 3 Years now and it was literally life changing! Our Ca. King waterbed heater was always on, even in the summer! Bought this Sunbeam waterproof heated mattress pad, and we saved 150.00 in our first electric bill after switching. Drastic difference! This is the perfect product for the couple who have opposite body temperatures! Love the preheat and auto off features! Makes one feel a bit spoiled and living in luxury for having this! The one thing we do not like about this is that the cord to plug into the wall is 2 ft. shorter than our first one! We measured it! That is a HUGE difference! I would definitely recommend this product. I see no reason to have an electric blanket since we got our first one. Absolutely love this!

Fits my King size bed nicely and with 2 controls , allows me independent usage from spouse. The wires at the base DO NOT interfere with my feet and the hand control is easy to use. It has a nice preheat feature and there is a nice degree of heat settings by number. I love it. No complaints, worth the money.
