Not Too Tasty!

My husband doesn't care for these! They don't have as much taste to them as Krogers brand of raisins. We were very disappointed with the flavor. Not as juicy and tasteful as other brands. Were good years ago but not now. Don't waste your money. Just paying for the name and not the taste!

I used to eat a LOT of raisins as a kid but hadn't eaten them for probably 60 years. I was making bread pudding and needed them, tasted a few, thought "Oh that's why I ate so many as a kid, these are delicious!" So I grab a couple handfuls any time I was a little sweet treat! Sun Maid raisins are always flavorful and never hard and dry. I have been a fan of this brand since I was a little girl. Their quality and flavor are consistent. Whether I use their raisins in my baking, add them to my salads or other recipes or eat them as a snack, I know that I'm going to get that wonderful fruity raisin flavor, not some hard, dry thing that tastes like I don't know what. It's nice to know that there is a product that you can on every time. And that is Sun Maid raisins.
