Does not hurt my shoulder
I am older, I like this Vacuum, because you do not have to put a strap on your shoulder to hold it. This is the third one I have bought, I use them daily. Also, Sun Joe does not rip you off, if the bag gets a hole in it, this company has replacement bags for a reasonable price, unlike the other companies, which means a lot to me being retired, with a limited income.

The blower works very well - I like the "intensity" switch that lets you dial the fan speed up or down - and it is easy and light to use. BUT (and the reason for 4 stars) - the first time out a seam in the mulch bag split open and I need to find out what the effort is to either get the bag replaced or to bodge a fix using duct tape.
