what's the purpose of making an appointment

The tires were fine the only issue was I had an appointment, and the mechanics knew I had brought the sensors (that I bought from Walmart online) and they were supposed to be put on my new tires. Too many workers standing around talking and playing that they were not installed and when I asked about it, they had attitude. They said I didn't have an appt and i told them i had the email with my appt and it wasn't my fault they didn't install the sensors. we told 4 employees and still nothing. what started out as a simple one hr. appt ended up being 4 hrs. because of their laziness.

A great EV tire for a SUV

Quiet, great wet traction, no hydroplaning like my OEM tires. For a EV, be sure to get the model with a 105, that gives extra weight carrying capacity, some have a 101, the OEM gave me a 101 which was a lower carrying capacity on an EV, weird..lol.. Anyway, very pleased with these tires.
