Suddenly Salad Green Goddess Pasta Salad Mix, 7.5oz Box

Suddenly Salad has been around for 25 years! I recently discovered BLT flavor and it is incredible for making THE SALAD that everyone begs me to bring to cookouts. Usually it's the ranch and bacon flavor, which is super bomb too. For a large party (or yourself, I don't judge) make 3 boxes as directed on the packaging. You don't need to add any more seasonings, but I do add a couple dashes of Badia Complete Seasoning because of you know, you know. Add: -1 can Low Sodium SPAM (cut into small cubes) or SPAM with bacon -2 short cans of well drained Niblets or other sweet corn (I do one can yellow and one can of white) -3 or so avocados that are ripe but firm. Measure your avocado quantities from your heart and your wallet. Remove the seed, and carefully cut cross hatches on each side (cubes) and scoop them into the salad with a spoon right out of the shells! Optional- -Diced hard boiled eggs -Small cubes of cheese. I like using a wire cutter and doing tiny cubes of Velveeta. The cubes will unstick when you stir them in. -Diced green onion or chives -If you want to be fancy dice some Roma tomatoes (guts removed) or diced sun-dried tomatoes, drained - Crispy chopped bacon And always remember food safety! Mayo based salads MUST be kept chilled at all times. People can get real sick from potato and pasta salads sitting in the sun on that picnic table! Put the bowls on ice and in the shade! Enjoy!!

My daughter used to eat this when she was in high school, but I never did. I "suddenly" decided to give it a try. It's really good, easy to make, and doesn't bother my tummy like so many other foods. I can't believe I missed out on years of eating this!
