I am 59 years old and had Never Heard of or Used Lash Primer Before Urban Decay! Well, I Love It! It really does plump my lashes Before I apply my mascara and also seems to help them maintain a more Curled Shape after I use my lash curler (my lashes are pretty straight)! I Love how Big my lashes look and people have complimented me on them! A server at a restaurant said she uses it too!
