Our little boy has Down syndrome and this wider than average feet, which means that he pulls shoes off very quickly when they squeeze his feet. Perfect size

My child does not wear AFOs. He has naturally extra wide feet with a high foot bridge. Removing the sole allows him to wear shoes that actually fit. I just wish there were more style options and even truely extra wide sports cleats that he could wear. He will start sports next year and will have to wear these instead of cleats.
