most efficient way to get your daily fiber!

This is the only food I eat every day and I bring it with me when I travel. I consulted with a nutritionist and it's nearly impossible to get enough fiber per day without consuming this! I dont know of anything else that has this much fiber in one serving. I consume it every morning with hemp milk in a shaker bottle. It has nearly half of your daily fiber needs. It doenst upset my digestion. To the contrary, I dont do well when I end up skipping for more than a day. I love that it's not some complicated processed expensive formulation. Just plain hemp, with all its amino acids. And I dont mind the taste of the plain.
