KitchenAid 7-Cup Food Processor, White, KFP0718

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it does everything I want from a food processor - makes big batches of soffrito, smash biscuits for cheesecake bases, process chicken breast into koftas. I haven't tried making shortbread with it yet but I'm sure it will cope. Motor seems nice and powerful. My main concern about getting a food processor was whether it would be so fiddly to clean I would never use it. No worries here: the blade easily comes out of the jug, and the lid detaches so you can clean without it getting in the way. There is a permanent 'spindle' at the bottom of the jug but heaps of room so you can clean around it. It's also dishwasher safe but I find it easy to clean just in the sink. Capacity is pretty decent - easily managed three chicken breasts for the koftas. If you're cooking for more than say four people you might need bigger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked very well and delightfully set up to be well stored. I have used this brand since I was able to start helping my mum in her kitchen 30 years ago. Her mixer is still going, so i have great faith in the quality of Kitchenaid products.
