Pompeian Mediterranean Oil Blend
Great flavor. Perfect for flavoring your favorite dish, cooking or moisturizing your skin. The burn temp is about 415 deg Fahrenheit so it can handle the heat. I used to use plain Canola oil then switched to Canola 75% Olive 25% for a little better flavor. But I tried this with the grapeseed and love it. I keep a squirt bottle of it next to my stove at all times.
