top quality bullion product. I use it in place of chicken or turkey broth (one cube per cup of water) but need to always consider the extra salt so then I omit or reduce salt in the recipe. I was worried about the flavor and usability because this brand is less price than the top commercial brand. No fears!!! added to my turkey gravy and it came out superb; added it to my turkey dressing and it came out superb; added to my chicken dumpling soup and it came out superb. It dissolves nicely. cannot say enough good things. so pleased with this purchase!!

What I like about this product and 4 reasons why I recommend this according to my prefrences is: 1) easy to store 2) this can be use as a base to flavor soups, stews, sauces and gravies andall on the stove , As far as its nutrition, for my taste it could have a little less salt. Perhaps second ingredient instead of first ingredient. This is, however, a great additon to rice,, noodles, and potatoes - just add to the water before boiling!!!
