I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM IN REGARDS TO THEM SENDING THE WRONG COLOR.. I JUST OPENED THE TOP FLAP OF THE BOX AND SEEN IT WAS NOT GRAY... THEY SENT BROWN...THEY DO NOT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.. SO THEY DO NOT GET A SCORE.
