Was shipped in a plastic bag with a label, How cheap! That was my first impression and the theme continued. The shoes felt cheap to the touch. The material was soft and would not hold any shape. They were at least 2 sizes smaller than expected. The heel seemed to be attached too far at the back of the sole on the shoe because while walking the heel shifted slightly when weight was applied. That's the best way I can explain it, like it was finding its stability point. Convinced that the heel was going to snap off and topple me
