The perfect bowl

This is one of those perfect sized bowls that's convenient for a multitude of purposes. It's just so darn handy. I've used it as a small mixing bowl, for ramen, for cereal, for soups, you name it. It goes in the fridge, the microwave, the freezer, the dishwasher. I had other bowls this size but they had a bad finish that led to their demise so I was looking for something to replace them and had been looking for years. When I saw these, I thought I would try them and I'm delighted. They're tough and they're pretty, and they're a perfect all around bowl.

Thses little pinch bowls are perfect for pre measuring spices and seasonings. Soy Sauce and dipping sauces are a natural for these little wonders. Aioli? you bet, melted butter, also. anything that a half cup bowl will be too big. These are also the perfect size to tuck in a utensil drawer - very tidy.
