one of the DVD disks had a bad spots that wouldn't play so was not able to see all of one episode two disks had rough spots that didn't play right but was able to see 95% of the episodes

love series but hate subpar quality of some dvds

I ordered entire series (over 300 episodes) in addition to the movies. By the time I watched enough to discover that an entire season had playback issues, it was too late to be covered by warranty. I had same problem with GUNSMOKE . LAST MAN STANDING, AND OTHER MULTI-SEASON series that I have ordered. When I call W-M they promise I will be contacted, but it does not happen. My solution has been to replace the individual seasons @ additional cost in order to view the faulty DVDs.
