Great customer service

Been buying this coffee for a while and love it. Last time I ordered is apparently checked the Decaf block which we received. After opening the box we realized the mistake. I called customer service and spoke to a great rep. who immediately took care of my mistake and send out a new order with a return label for my mistake. Thanks

This is our favorite K-cup pod.

It is the perfect coffee. It is just perfect for both of us. My husband really likes the strength of this cup and it's just right for me. I also signed up for Starbucks app at the same time and expected to receive points for a large purchase but did not. That was a downer.
