seller is scammer showed different item in his ad than what he sent ! i found him by googling lowest price for stanley rotator ratchet i asked for photo of item he was sending he sent wrong photo %26 sent wrong %26 cheap item he advertises one model then sends a cheap ratchet that does not rotate by handle does not work! Walmart says he is scammer! will ban him I got full refund $ imediately ! Avoid him! I called, explained I am elderly, 70 disabled needed the tool to fix something my wifes breathing machine! they laughed said "too bad no we will NOT send you what you paid for ! " they are evil! how can they be so cruel! my wife is wheezing ! laughed at me humiliated me called me" a sniveling old man! " then abruptly hung up on me
