Works Great, especially on a regular fixed chair.

Works very well in you have the right chair. My chair is a powered tilt chair with the floor pads too close together and in the wrong locations to use the Tray hardware as shown on the diagram. However I found a way to use it by crossing from the front right left to the back left leg. Now it is great.
