I took these for years and seldom got sick. Last year I changed to different brand that seemed stronger to take less caps at a time. I’ve been sick on and off too often since. Just this week I have returned to this brand and taking 4 caps 2x/day. I am already feeling better. When back to my good self, I will drop down to 2-1-2x/day. I’m sorry I changed my routine.
