If you want to supplement your protein intake, this is a good way to do it. Look at all the alternatives and you'll find that almost all of them have way too much sugar. This is the only one that only has 4 grams of sugar. So, there's really no downside.

It is a "supplement" drink that includes a lot of vitamins, SO that is why it has an odd taste due to the "vitamin" taste. Aside from that it has the protein and nutrients that are needed for someone my age. After a few, it grows on you. ALWAYS DRINK IT AFTER IT HAS BEEN REFRIGERATED!! Room temperature is awful!
