Top-Notch Laundry Workhorse
This dryer has exceeded my expectations of drying my washed clothing and such! The built-in light that comes on when you open the door (which is adaptable to be mounted as a left-side opens or as a right-side opens) - is really helpful. The dryer is very quiet while operating, too.

Old School Quality but Needs New School
Really a great machine that's built like a tank! Suggestion to Speed Queen: Listen to customers feedback regarding the Cycle Selection knob. The selection knob does need updated so that it has the ability to be rotated both clockwise and counter clockwise. For no other reason than to ensure the dryer will not stay continuously running!!

Buy for the lint trap alone
I love the construction and durability of my new speed queen dryer, but the thing I love the most is how the lint trap is screwed and sealed into the frame - NO lint gets by to sneak into the exhaust or the body of the dryer. I feel so much safer knowing there's no lint piling up in a sneaky space creating a fire hazard.
