Instructions
For Beef: Use 1 to 2 tablespoons seasoning per lb of meat. Place seasoning in bowl. Wet meat with water and roll meat in bowl until covered with seasoning. Cook immediately or marinade in the refrigerator 1 to 24 hours. Barbecue, roast or broil as desired. Steaks are best when quickly seared over high heat to seal in juices. Reduce heat to prevent burning and cook to desired doneness. For Beef Stews: Use approx 2 tablespoons of seasoning for each quart of stew.

Best steak and hamburger marinade ever!!!
Best steak and burger marinade you'll ever have! I use about 1 rounded teaspoon on one side of a 1/3 to 1/2 pound burger. Let it sit for 5-15 minutes then grill (charcoal best) seasoning side up first, then flip half way through cooking. For a ribeye steak, I use about one rounded teaspoon on both sides of the steak. Let sit for 5-15 minutes then grill (charcoal best).

This is the BEST seasoning EVER! I have used this for years and never get tired of it! The flavor is a perfect blend of slightly smokey, and sweet. I gave my boss a bottle of it and he LOVES it! Try it!
