I have this every night with tofu and Wakame seaweed. I'm losing bone mass and I'm low on estrogen. Having a small bowl of soup every night before bed is helping to address my health needs. This will be a forever ritual for me till I pass over so I really hope this company continues to sell on Walmart's site. You add as much or as little to hot water. Add the cut tofu and a 1/2 teaspoon of seaweed. Very light and tasty and good for your bones and hormones. I recommend this book for women BIO-YOUNG: Get younger at a cellular and hormonal level by Roxy Dillon.
