For 3 to 6 ounces, microwave on High for 30 seconds to 1 minute. For the entire package, microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes. Cook times may vary as microwaves vary in cooking intensity.

the chicken of John's Souls is very good and tasty. the only thing I don't like about it is you do not even get a half a cup of the chicken pieces you barely hardly get any. so I would like it a lot better if you got more than me cuz I use it in the salads. and so I have to cut the pieces into little pieces so I can have enough to put in there. otherwise I think it's great.

How Many Ways Can I Count The Yum?
I might sound like a commercial, but I found out about this product by accident. However, this was a HAPPY accident. It is cost effective and ohhhh so versatile! I can grind iy up for a super quick chicken salad, or cut up in chunks for soups or salads. I have taken leftover rice and peas and added it with sesonings to round out a meal with a salad. This is a well-balanced meal in minutes. I have made BBQ sauce, added in the chunks and split the french bread creating a hero or sub. How about Tuesday for chicken tacos...oh yum. At least one bag is in each shopping trip but 2 bags is better and ready on hand for quick meal prep or anytime. It is a time saver and a staple in my menu planning!

I've had gastric bypass and most meats are difficult for my stomach to digest, this meat is softened with pineapple enzyme and it is delicious it is easy for me to digest it is not very expensive the only bad thing is is you don't get a lot of pieces
