If I could give 0 ⭐️ I would.

Our order was delayed a lot. Got here and the console was a dusty used one. New cables of course I plugged it in and it wouldn't even turn on. I tried several ways still nothing. Also it didn't even come with the game ordered with the console. Very disappointed and still waiting for our refund. My 7 year old son has been very heartbroken his birthday money is in the wind right now.

I don't generally do reviews unless I'm extremely please or disappointed. It this case I'm extremely disappointed I ordered my order the ps4 bundle on Dec 7th I'm writing this review December 22nd I first received a order going to be delayed on December 14th the day it should have arrived. On December 19th it said it's getting shipped where now at December 22nd a shipping label has been created but the item had not been dropped off. I can't review the actual system because I have not received it. They do not respond to customers I tried to reach out twice the first time no answer the second one of those auto messages. I will absolutely never order from this company again and it is my suggestion that if your desperate for good customer service fast shipping and a smooth transaction stay clear…….
