I'm a 5'1 adult woman, and usually between the 14-16 age range in boys clothing. But for any adult looking to purchase who is not near child height or very short. Id say go for XL or XXL. This shirt is so cute. Who doesn't like Sonic the hedgehog. l remember getting the game for my daughter in the late 80's early 90's. They didn't have him on shirts back then. The game was so cute though, collecting the gold rings. My daughter was really good at this hard game, it was really expensive though.
