This delightful apricot cake %26 pastry paste pairs well with thumbprint cookies, jellyrolls, and flaky pastry sheets! We even tried it paired with the Solo Almond pastry filling for an extra zip! We drizzled the finished pastries with a light vanilla frosting. Also used as a topping on our gingerbread pancakes! YUMMY!
