Nine times out of 10 this product is great. Every once in a while, I will get a can where the cherries are a little bit mushy and of low quality. I am a diabetic and try not to eat too many pies. I really don't need the dough from the crust. I just put some in a small bowl with whipped topping and it is just as good as eating a pie. Just put the rest of the can in a container and store in the refrigerator. Just a delicious snack.
