Absolute crap

so it arrives in a small box, the "chair". and it is double vacuum packed, so a tight heavy cube of navy mystery. impossible to open but finally the "chair" starts to sort of take shape, BUT inside are these hard lumpy weird pellets in giant clumps (like 12") you can not break apart. There is zero support since the back of the chair flops down to the floor. Just a joke really. OH - and the only way to return it is to somehow get in back into the tiny box. DO NOT BUY.
