It looks expensive and even better on. Can be dressed up or down. Bought the same one different color (off white) last year. The black is flawless. So glad they added sequins to the other colors this year. FYI the sequins are really small and spread out so while it has some bling it's not overwhelming. Sometimes a lot of sequins makes an item feel like it can only be fancy. I'm a lover of sparkle. I'd say this runs a little big. The sleeves are really long with big cuffs so you know.
