Hose Kinks

Have had the product for 6 years now. Noticed right off the 57021 series slide bar really does not stand off from the wall enough causing the hose to be close to the wall and created a kink. Now I have low pressure at the shower head and am gonna have to replace the hose at a high price, Wouldn't take much to make it fit better.

Shower hose does not lay flat

I purchased this shower hose along with a complete set of Delta faucets for my clients bathroom project. The hose does not sit flat along the newly tiled walls. It is shocking in the description that it says "ultra flex" when it does NOT flex. I am disappointed in the product. My clients wants me to replace it with a better quality hose. Not sure what to do other than continue to run hot water through the hose hoping it will eventually unravel?
