After wasting my time trying to repair my faucet with substandard parts, I finally accepted the fact that I needed to actually buy authentic delta parts--its not worth trying to save a few bucks when all I needed was the delta--works perfectly now--

Fantastic part. I purchased a generic brand before and it did not last six months but this new namebrand Delta part seems to be much more well-built and operates much smoother. Don't skimp on generic, by name brand., at least for faucet parts
