I did not have to learn a lot of new "stuff" to use it - info in my old S10 transferred perfectly - S23 is just a bit larger but that works as it is easier for me to see without my glasses. I wanted and upgrade from my great S21 FE and the S23 FE is exactly right. The FE features are just fine for me, making the price point a bit better. Everything works, plenty of space w/256gb, cameras are very good. The slightly larger size is ok, and I actually like this phone being heavier and thicker than the S21 FE. Great phone.
