Ask a doctor before use if you have a breathing problem such as asthma, emphysema or chronic bronchitis; glaucoma; trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking any other drugs. When using this product: avoid alcoholic beverages; take only at bedtime. Stop use and ask a doctor if: sleeplessness persists continuously for more than two weeks. Insomnia may be a symptom of serious underlying medical illness. Pregnancy/breast-feeding warning: If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. (1-800-222-1222) Other warnings: Do not use if blister unit is broken or torn. If difficult to open, use scissors.

No more late night overthinking

I started using Unisom Sleeptabs occasionally, and they've honestly helped a lot. I don't wake up groggy, and I fall asleep within about 30 minutes of taking one. They worked!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I both tried the Unisom sleep tablets. They work very effectively. My husband says they should be a controlled substance they work so well. He did have some morning drowsiness however, I did not. I'm sure it can affect people differently.
