Instructions

great pre-workout love the grape flavor

my favorite is the grape flavor....I put a scoop in a 16oz bottle...let is foam up when I shake it.....although if you notice the bottom you will see particles I find if you give it a few minutes and shake it....they dissolve.....now I will warn you if you don't drink winter enough it will act like a water caffeine pill ....the caffeine it has is great for energy but drink water through the day as the instruction say.....I sip my drink for the workout so my energy level stays high......also remember if you drink too much caffeine you get standard bathroom trip like coffee does for me...but I haven't had a caffeine crash with this....so just drink water if you do coffee in the AM and this....might have you in the bathroom to stay normal...lol.....I like that personally speaking keeps me clean inside and full of energy just like bulletproof coffee....although don't have any proof when I fast for 24 hours I do drink my pre-workout since it is very low in sugar...but that is just me....the most I have done is three cups in one day....and yes kept me a little up at night the caffeine but I needed it....also I stopped doing energy drinks just put the scoop in some water it is better in my opinion if you watching your sugar for training....
