Vague, but easy assembly instructions

I wanted to give this 5 stars because the material is quality, it's a beautiful couch, and nice features. However, there were some things I didn't like. Here are my thoughts: -Comfort. The seats are comfortable. Medium firmness, but the back of the seat is straight up and down and doesn't have a tilt. The only way for my back to be supported is to scoot all the way back and have my feet dangle off the floor. -Assembly, although the instructions were simple, one thing that wasn't noted was which side was which and the single supporting beam sits too far back and makes the couch lean forward if I sit at the edge. So now I have to disassemble and re-assemble. Also, some of the holes from the frame were missing, but it's not such a big deal because it's a sturdy couch. It's literally only one page of instructions and the wording is not too clear. I had to clean/remove some of the cotton from the hole because it was stopping me from screwing it into place. -color - I wouldn't call this gray. It's more like a very very light brown. If you bring the fabric up to your face, it's a multi-colored fabric. Fabric - I absolutely love the fabric. It's soft and comfortable. -USB charging port - super cool feature. Love that! I would recommend this couch but I would also just keep in mind that you get what you pay for. I just wanted something small and simple.
