I ship packages weekly and was getting so frustrated with my previous tape gun. It was constantly restocking to itself and taking way to long to get it unstuck, the cutter would shred the tape, and the tape just wasn't taping like I wanted. This compact dispenser is a game changer! I purposely put the tape back on itself now because it is so easy to get back off, it cuts perfectly every time, I can do most packages with one hand, the tape sticks perfectly and I know it will last during a long haul. i use tons of THIS BRAND ONLY because i am low rent and i always think my truck radiator will be fine taped in place till i gotta buy....
