Beautiful door, but...

This is a beautiful door. The quality is good. However, the directions to install are terrible! We had to search on the internet for videos to help us. Also, there were parts missing so we had to reach out to the company to get them. But they were helpful and sent them to us. The other negative is that there was no predrilled hole for the door handle. Not a big deal if you happen to have the materials to do this. We didn't so we had to pay someone to do it for us. And the way the face of the door is, the little plastic slide guides are not functional. The bottom is not flush and there are two thicknesses. So when you try to open or close the door, there is a terrible 'squeak' and the guides scratch against the door. We couldn't stand the noise and it was too difficult to maneuver so we had to remove them. Now the door wobbles as it closes and opens. Not a big issue, but obviously the people who designed the door were not thinking.
