These are great! My little (10-20 lbs) dogs' harnesses have side release buckles, and 2 D-rings that don't come together very closely, so the standard "snap hook" on the end of their leashes strain to encircle both D-rings and keep them safely secured. So I use this slidelock carabiner to capture both D-rings, slide down the lock on the carabiner and I hook the leash to it! I feel so much better about the security of pups when I'm walking them!

My new favorite find.

I keep my various key rings on a carabiner. My biggest fear is losing a key ring because it simply fell off the carabiner. Not any more!! This cool little gem has a lock that you must slide to remove anything. It still conveniently clips on but my key rings are now secure. I actually went back online and ordered another after I got the first one.
