Clean up was a breeze and turned out better than could have imagined (maybe pressure cook process?) Since then, made chicken soup and fall off the bone ribs. Last night, used steam function to reheat store bought rotisserie chicken. Has certainly exceeded expectations. So many cooking options. V easy clean up and I love that can use ceramic bakeware for baking option. It is BIG but relatively quiet. Front panel informs where u r in cooking process. Easy/peasy and everything I've made so far has turned out better. (Same recipes when using oven)- mind blowing the difference this amazing little machine makes. Next up, GF sour dough bread. Worth the money. Gives versatility and courage!
